Phius (Passive House Institute United States) creates a path to a zero-carbon built environment and we are striving to meet this standard in the Triangle. At a minimum we will build to the most current International Residential Code and International Energy Conservation Code. Currently, North Carolina builders are only required to follow the 2018 IRC and 2009 IECC. Our promise is to elevate home building to the highest possible standard.
