Our Approach to the Design Phase
Ever wonder what goes into designing a renovation, addition or new build from start to finish? This is our method for quality service and construction to deliver on your vision.
Initial Meeting with our Founder
After an initial zoom call with our Founder, Jordan, we’ll meet at your home to discuss the vision for your remodel and project goals. We’ll make recommendations supported by building science that promote comfort and durability.

Design Phase
We’ll work together throughout the drafting and revision process to align with your vision and budget while ensuring thoughtful layouts, sound structural, and ReNEW’s Beyond-the-Code building practices.
During this time, we’ll provide assistance with making final Selections to help inform the cost of your remodel or build. We’ll use our expertise to guide you towards quality building materials that reflect the character and charm of your home for years to come.

Goal of the Design Phase
At the end of this process, we’ll have worked together to finalize Selections and create a permit-ready Plans Set that captures your vision and is backed by ReNEW’s superior building practices.
We’ll present a construction proposal with a line-by-line hard estimate of your project’s costs from start to finish.
The Construction Phase is next, but your are under no obligation use ReNew to build your vision. Sometimes life gets in the way and we are here when you're ready

Construction Phase
If you choose to continue working with ReNew after completing the design phase, we apply for permits and will break ground on your project.
Every project is overseen by a Project Manager assigned to you. They will be your direct line of contact and will be with you every step of the building process.
You will also have check-ins along the way and a final walk-through with our Founder and Projects Director.
Beyond the Project
We pledge to complete your remodel or new build with Beyond-the-Code principles and guarantee your satisfaction with a minimum one year warranty on all of our work.
Most new construction and full gut remodels come with an extended 5 year warranty.
